My name is Haley Switzer, I am from the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. I have always had a love for making people feel beautiful and confident. I found the world of makeup when in a rough part of my life and loved the way it made me feel, I now want to help all my clients feel that way before walking down the aisle, stepping in front of the camera or out for an event.

I graduated the Fine Arts of Unlimited Makeup Program at John Casablancas Institute.  Attending JCI I learned everything from beauty, bridal, and character makeups, to airbrushing, special effects and prosthetics. I have also gone on to complete courses in lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, laser hair removal and sugaring! I am devoted to continue on with my education, learning new techniques and keeping up to date with trends. I always aspire to learn more to make sure I'm giving my clients the best i can

.

My goal is to make every session an enjoyable experience for both myself, and my client by creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere and using makeup to enhance natural beauty or bring to life a beautiful creation. I know how vulnerable it can be and I aim to make every person who sits in my chair feel comfortable and confident.

I provide my services all over the island.  You can find me during the week as a sugarer and laser hair removal tech at Sei Bella Sugaring Spa in Duncan, which i absolutely love! I do trials out of the spa and adore the space. I also work regularly with an amazing photographer, Lesley Stedmon, in Nanaimo.

When I am not working you can generally find me baking, reading or watching a good series.

I have a three legged black cat Percy and I am the aunt to two amazing little ones i can't stop talking about.
