Travel Fee will be charged if traveling outside the Cowichan Valley and will be .70 per km
Early morning fee of $100.00 will be charged if beginning services before 7:00 am.
Touch up services are offered but must be booked in advance and will be charged an hourly fee. Please speak with your artist if you are wanting touch up services or a secondary look.
A second artist or hairstylist can be booked through Sugar Valley Beauty but will be an additional fee of $150.00. If you are requiring a secondary artist, please notify as soon as possible as the bridal season gets booked up fast. A secondary artist is not an assistant and may have a different rate to Sugar Valley Beauty.
Saving your Date.
Your date will only be reserved with a signed contract and retainer of 25% percent of the overall total. Trials do not guarantee your date will be reserved. Sugar Valley Beauty works on a first come first serve basis and it is the client's responsibility to follow up with properly reserving their date to guarantee services.
Payment plans can be offered for those looking to make payments leading up to the event date.
